Before: Black mold spots in shower grout. Limescale deposits on the glass panel and faucets. Yellow discoloration around the base of the toilet. Hair and soap residue in the drain cover. A faint musty smell.

After professional cleaning: Grout is light-colored and uniform. Glass is transparent and streak-free. Fixtures gleam. No odor at all when walking in. The exhaust fan cover has been dusted.

Before: Scuff marks from chair legs. Dust and debris in the gap between the floor and baseboards. A slightly sticky texture from accumulated cleaning product residue. Dark corners under where the shoe rack sat.

After professional cleaning: Floors are uniformly clean, including under all spots where furniture sat. Baseboards are free of dust. No sticky residue. The floor looks and feels like it did on move-in day.

Before: Dirty window tracks with dead insects and grit. Smudged glass from curtains brushing against it. Balcony floor with water stains and possibly bird droppings.

After professional cleaning: Window tracks are clean enough to run a finger through. Glass is clear. Balcony floor has been scrubbed. Sliding doors glide smoothly.
