*EDIT February 24, 2026: The admin commented that they need two people to clean 35 sqm in “one day”. I might be a stupid foreigner in Thailand, but at least I haven’t forgotten how to do manual labor. I have personally cleaned the room by myself, completed laundry including 60min drying and purchased items from 7-11 downstairs in less than 3 hours. It’s disappointing that Khun Clean believes their two lazy Lao workers (who are constantly unsupervised) over their repeat customer. Original Review: February 23, 2026 I started using Khun Clean in October 2025. The older gentleman that came to clean my condo first time was really good. The price is 3,167 baht which is expensive but I thought it was worth it. Unfortunately, I was told he resigned and returned home after only 1 cleaning. they replaced him with two younger workers because the old man was doing a lot of work like cleaning behind appliances and sanitizing every square inch of the apartment by himself. Khun clean decided to send two people, I didn’t request it. The two younger people cleaned 2-3 more times until I went to inspect their work as a surprise inspection. When I entered the unit, I immediately saw dust and debris in the corners. Not vacuumed or mopped well at all. Knives and utensils not cleaned well. At the time, I did not post anything online, but I chose to coach the two workers on how to clean well and shared my report privately to the staff via Line. Lo and behold, 4 weeks later when I tried to schedule another cleaning, they tell me that price has gone up because they realized that my “scope” needed to be adjusted. Instead of expressing appreciation for repeat business despite what happened last time, I was met with a 22% price increase total 3,860 to clean a 35 sqm condo! I hope the owner of the business can see this review, so he or she can find out what happened. I feel like I’ve been punished for being loyal and trusting their service because they were charging a huge premium.
