If you keep seeing ants on the counter, cockroaches after dark or bites when you wake up, killing the pest in front of you is not enough. The rest are usually hiding in a wall gap, behind an appliance, inside the bed or somewhere else you cannot easily reach.

What happens during a visit

1. You tell us what pest you have seen, where you saw it and roughly how large the home is.
2. We inspect the places that pest is most likely to hide, enter or travel through.
3. We treat those specific areas. Bed bug work also includes steaming and vacuuming the bed.
4. Before we leave, we tell you what not to clean straight away, what changes to look for and whether a follow-up is likely.

What to expect afterward

Ant and cockroach activity often drops over the next few days as insects cross the treated areas. Bed bugs and fleas commonly need a follow-up because eggs can hatch after the first visit. We will explain what is normal for your particular pest instead of promising that every problem disappears overnight.

How our treatment is different

Many pest-control companies spray or fog the whole room. We use food-grade mineral dust in the cracks, trails and hiding places where it can keep working, rather than filling the condo with chemical spray. For bed bugs, we also use steam and vacuuming. You can stay home, although children and pets should remain away from the immediate work area until the dust has settled.

Price

1,999 baht per treatment for homes up to 100 sqm. Larger homes receive a quote before we start.

Pests we do not treat
